Baby sitting…. respects your privacy and attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. We appreciate the trust you place in us . In this privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data. The information about you that we process, we handle and secure with the greatest possible care.

The use of your personal data

Your personal data will be processed by kinderopvang ... for the following purposes:

• waiting list registration
• your enquiry
• a contract for the placement of a child with you
• the invoice form and the direct debit to be run
• provide your child with the best possible care
• comply with the obligations imposed on us by law
• ask you what you think of our services
• sending newsletters and information
• information from applicants for employment, accounting;
• entering into contracts

For the above-mentioned objectives, the following personal information from you, any questions:

Name, address, email address, date of birth, BSN number (for annual returns and Tax Office), (emergency)telephone number (work/private), medical/ physical/ emotional data child, income statements if necessary, copy liability insurance.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only provide personal data to third parties if this is necessary and on the basis of your consent or to comply with a legal obligation, for example to the GGD, tax authorities and/or FIOD.

We may provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the above-mentioned purposes.

For the child administration use a third party, called LOOKK. LOOKK stands for national organization supporting small-scale childcare. They take care of childcare ...... the placement agreements, the invoicing, the monthly collection and annual statements. LOOKK works with the database system KidsAmin-software for childcare.

Third party processor agreement

As a nursery, we will never provide personal data to other parties with which a processing agreement has not been concluded. Of course, we make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data.

Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police request (personal)data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. Another example of this is that the tax authorities request (personal)data from us in the context of an investigation, and we can also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission for this.

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Minors

We only process personal data of minors if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

Retention period

Childcare ... does not store the personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.

Protecting your privacy is important to you and to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures:

- the personal data is stored securely - only pedagogical staff

 this can be done by using a key

- the laptop / pc is also stored in the evening so that unauthorized persons cannot access it

- camera images are stored in a highly secure system. The images

 will be permanently deleted after 2 weeks

- the systems and programs that we and our (sub) processors work with are adequate

 and very well secured.

Complaints

We take it for granted that we inform you clearly and completely about your privacy. If you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us about this. Changes
